Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Dual Site Community Manager to lead operations of two properties, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and oversee teams. You will partner with marketing and stakeholders to deliver exceptional resident experiences and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The role requires proven leasing performance, strong leadership, and financial acumen to achieve budgeted goals while maintaining high service standards across communities.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance in property/real estate sector.
• Experience leading a team and delivering service excellence.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant legislation.
• Ability to work autonomously and own responsibilities.
• Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as role model and uphold core values.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape local leasing strategies.
• Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are effectively executed.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and report performance.
• Engage with residents to improve service delivery and events.
• Meet revenue targets by monitoring rates and payments.
• Prepare budgets and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Manage P&L reviews and communicate budget performance to stakeholders.
• Maintain investor satisfaction with timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely responses to resident questions and complaints.
• Assess training needs and develop team capabilities.
• Oversee procurement and payment processes with vendors.
• Coordinate tenancy management and inspections, enforce leases.
