Job summary

MSK Services, Stafford and Cannock, seek an experienced Physiotherapy Practitioner with HCPC registration to manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients across the Stafford and Cannock area. The post supports autonomous clinical decision-making within a values-driven trust, with joint appointment links to Keele University.

You would be part of the MPFT MSK team, providing advanced physiotherapy services across multiple sites and contributing to service development and CPD.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree or equivalent and HCPC registration.
• Minimum of 3.5 years MSK Physiotherapy experience at an advanced UK level.
• Experience in managing and implementing change; strong leadership track record.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physiotherapy treatment within varied settings as part of AHP.
• Uphold Partnership Trust Values: Putting People first, empowering people, Working in Partnership.
• Be an Advanced Physiotherapist with detailed professional/clinical knowledge.
• Deliver care to a defined population across Community and hospital settings.
• Assess complex needs; develop, implement and evaluate care packages.
• Provide supervision, training and leadership where appropriate and contribute to service improvements.
• Demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving; collaborate with Team Leader on delegated tasks.
