Stroud Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist to join a leading physiotherapy provider delivering gold-standard MSK care to adults and adolescents. You will manage a complex caseload, apply evidence-based practice, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered physiotherapist with current registration.
• Experience managing complex MSK conditions across adults and adolescents.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Leadership in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Desirable: experience with diagnostic ultrasound or ultrasound-guided injections.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a complex MSK caseload across adults and adolescents with patient-centred communication.
• Uphold clinical governance, risk management, audits and service improvement initiatives.
• Actively engage in CPD, research, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Utilise clinic management software for scheduling, patient communications and maintaining digital records in compliance with data protection laws.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Clinical & Patient Care: Independently manage a complex musculoskeletal (MSK) caseload involving both spinal and peripheral conditions across adult and adolescent groups. Employ advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice, ensuring patient-centred communication for informed consent and using data-driven outcomes for clinical interventions.
• Leadership & Service Development: Uphold clinical governance and risk management standards, contribute to policy, audits, and service improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Professional Development & Research: Actively engage in continuous professional development (CPD), participate in research, and share knowledge within the team to foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Technology & Resource Management: Utilise clinic management software effectively for scheduling, patient communications, and maintaining digital records in compliance with data protection laws.

Skills and experience

• Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Extensive experience in managing complex MSK conditions.
