Job summary

Bodyset is looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Clinical Management Team in Cobham. You will report to the Head of Clinical Operations and be accountable for daily operations and service delivery across the clinic, ensuring quality outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
• Full HCPC registration and CSP chartered status.
• Ability to work autonomously within clinical pathways.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Previous managerial experience required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical case load (approx. 85-90%).
• Be responsible for clinic performance and optimisation.
• Increase revenue through partnerships and networking.
• Ensure compliance with Bodyset policies and audits.
• Improve clinic standards and handle clinical complaints.
• Ensure product delivery and customer experience is consistent.
• Maintain health and safety compliance locally.
• Supervise site staff and monitor performance.
• Manage budgets and financial performance.
