Job summary

Bodyset is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Clinical Management Team, reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations. You will act as an ambassador for the Company, responsible for daily operations and service delivery for our clinic, ensuring quality outcomes and financial performance while managing a high clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree is required.
• Full registration with HCPC and CSP is required.
• Ability to work autonomously while following clinical pathways.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Previous managerial experience or similar.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 85-90%).
• Drive clinic performance and optimisation.
• Increase revenue via partnerships and networking.
• Ensure compliance with Bodyset policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee staff performance and provide supervision and guidance.
