Job summary

Bodyset Physiotherapy Clinics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Clinical Management Team. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, you will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of patient care, and drive service delivery across the site.

You will manage a team of practitioners and support staff, maintain budgets, ensure policy compliance, and explore new business partnerships to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered.
• Chartered Society of Physiotherapy membership preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 85-90%).
• Responsible for clinic performance and optimisation.
• Drive revenue through partnerships and networking.
• Ensure compliance with Bodyset policies and audit readiness.
• Supervise practitioners and support staff; provide guidance.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain equipment and stock levels.
• Lead inductions and training for new staff.
