You will guide architectural discussions, design customizations, data migrations, and integrations, while maintaining regular communication with the client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven MS Dynamics development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET integration experience.
• Experience supporting CRM deployments post go-live.

Responsibilities

• Assist with architecture and customization of the Dynamics CRM system.
• Issue diagnosis, bug fixing and potential development opportunities.
• Provide post go-live support and system optimization.
• Draft technical specifications for planned work.
• Create data migration and integration mappings for clients.
• Install CRM components and related tools (e.g., Scribe).
• Develop CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports.
• Lead project sessions and communicate status with customers.
• Resolve technical issues and advise on best practices.
