Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Solid consultancy/PQS experience in the UK.
• Team leadership and workload management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, including cost planning and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and drive APC readiness where applicable.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to maintain budget and schedule.
