Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Radiographer - MRI at New Victoria Hospital, Kingston upon Thames, to lead high-quality MRI imaging services and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering accurate diagnostics. The role requires a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience and HCPC registration.

You will work across MRI and other modalities, mentor radiographers and students, and contribute to service development and safety improvements within the imaging department.

Qualifications

• BSc in Radiography or equivalent (essential).
• Current HCPC Registration (essential).
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Cannulation certificate (essential).
• MRI (essential).
• Philips MRI (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years post-qual experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity.
• Undertake tasks as designated by the Imaging Manager and support service delivery.
• Work across General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Mobile Imaging and Theatre Radiography.
• Participate in on-call rota and act as a senior clinical leader.
