Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team.

You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. You will report into the Unit Manager for the service but also have support from a Clinical lead.

As a Senior Radiographer at Alliance Medical, you will be responsible for adhering to protocol and procedures to produce high-quality images and provide an exceptional standard of patient and customer care. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of MRI examinations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience and further develop their career. The successful candidate should have a flexible, patient-focused attitude and be able to work flexibly within the team. Building rapport with patients and customers (both internal and external) while maintaining high standards of care and service is essential.

Requirements include some (2-3 years) MRI experience, organizational skills, excellent communication, and IT literacy. The candidate should be accustomed to performing different types of MRI scans routinely. Previous cannulation experience is advantageous, and IV cannulation skills are essential (training provided if needed). Evidence of clinical competency, flexibility, teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are required. HCPC registration is mandatory.
