AR Experts Ltd is seeking an Assistant Underwriter to support the assessment of commercial motor fleet risks and everyday underwriting operations in Manchester. You will work under senior underwriters and help shape guidelines and rating factors for the BizAlign InsurTech platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Underwriter or similar role.
• Knowledge of commercial motor fleet insurance products.
• Ability to interpret risk data and underwriting criteria.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a technology-led MGA environment.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting assessments under supervision of senior underwriters.
• Review fleet data, driver information and claims history.
• Assist with quotations, referrals and policy administration.
• Help develop underwriting guidelines and rating factors.
• Collaborate with claims, telematics, product and engineering teams.
