Responsibilities

• Assess liability and determine the most appropriate intervention strategy with customers, third-party insurers, solicitors, repairers and credit hire organisations.
• Investigate motor incidents, establish facts, assess liability and identify the route to resolution for policyholders and third parties.
• Take ownership of claims from notification through to settlement, managing repairs, mobility solutions, total loss, recovery actions and cash settlements.
• Work a 37.5 hour week with rota shifts and one Saturday in five.
