Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Motion Control to lead hands-on development for an advanced antenna controller system. You will join a multidisciplinary team to integrate software, electronics and mechanical systems to move antenna axes accurately and smoothly.

The role focuses on real-world motion control: driving motor types, using encoder feedback, tuning closed-loop systems, and improving stability and performance through measured data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant software engineering experience (C/C++/Python).
• Strong software design fundamentals: modular architecture, refactoring, testing and version control.
• Experience with motor control using closed-loop feedback (PID/PI tuning, position/velocity).
• Understanding gearing, inertia, friction, backlash, acceleration, overshoot and stability.
• Experience with motor drives, feedback devices and RTOS-based real-time software.
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
