You will build and guide a high‑performing team across electronics, firmware, software and mechanics, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver reliable, high‑precision control for complex automated instruments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electronics engineering teams in high‑tech instrumentation.
• Hands‑on in electronics design, motion control, and embedded systems.
• Ability to define architecture and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own electronics deliverables across the full development lifecycle.
• Define architecture for electronics and control systems, coordinating with software and mechanical teams.
• Lead motion‑control strategy and device integration, with hands‑on debugging as needed.
• Foster ownership, improve processes, and guide team growth and performance.
