Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Divisional Sales Director for the indma division.

The role focuses on leading a Financial Services team within mortgage and protection advisory, delivering strategic objectives, and drivingProfit growth with an emphasis on performance and service quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ mortgage advisory experience, CeMAP (or equivalent), and strong leadership, communication and strategic skills.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Mortgage/Protection Adviser with proven leadership.
• Must live within the geographical area of the designated division.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chapter Managing Director in delivering the financial services strategy for income growth and improvement.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing Financial Services team.
• Prepare and deliver income and profit budgets; monitor, forecast and report financial results.
• Maintain knowledge of Financial Services regulation and core products.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cross-sales and referrals.
