Job summary

Just Mortgages in the United Kingdom seeks a Divisional Sales Director to lead the Financial Services division, drive income growth and ensure high service standards. You will recruit and build a high‑performing team, manage budgets, and align with regulatory requirements while coordinating with the Chapter Managing Director and senior leadership.

You will coach advisers to reach peak performance and foster a One Team culture, delivering strategic direction, customer satisfaction and robust risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ mortgage and protection advisory leadership experience.
• Ability to motivate and manage a high performing team.
• Experience guiding strategy with senior management to meet business objectives.
• Strong coaching, development and performance management of advisers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, well organised and adaptable to market changes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chapter Managing Director to deliver financial services strategy and profitable growth.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high performing Financial Services team.
• Prepare and deliver income and profit budgets with forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of Financial Services regulation and products.
• Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-sales, referrals and share best practices across the division.
• Ensure controls and risk management align with Network standards.
• Supervise as defined by Training and Competence schemes and mentor advisers.
• Communicate with Sales Quality and update standards across Financial Services staff.
• Collaborate across chapter business streams for profitability.
