Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 5 years' mortgage advisory experience.
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth clientele preferred.
• Proven success working with estate agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to HNW clients while leading a growing team.
• Develop and manage introducer relationships to maximise leads.
• Lead, coach and support junior brokers as the team expands.
• Attract and develop high-performing mortgage brokers in Birmingham.
