You will receive admin support and warm leads from estate agents, with an option to work from home one day per week.

The role requires CeMAP 1 (or CAS) and proven mortgage advisory experience, a focus on targets, and compliance with FCA guidelines.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1 qualified (or CAS status) and proven mortgage advisory experience.
• Excellent client-facing skills and relationship-building are essential.
• Compliance with FCA guidelines is required for peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs and propose suitable mortgage solutions.
• Promote insurance & protection with Legal & General.
• Achieve targets and celebrate success.
• Collaborate with estate agency team to maximise opportunities and coach colleagues for success.
• Engage existing clients to generate new business.
• Work with lenders to secure the best deals.
• Stay compliant with FCA guidelines.
