Palmer Snell Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Bournemouth. OTE £60k.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on a range of products to meet their needs
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
