Senior Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Broker to collaborate with our esteemed Estate Agency Partner, John D Wood & Co, in Great Missenden and surrounding areas. The role offers a realistic OTE of £60,000 in the first year.

This position supports 5 John D Wood branches and features a hybrid work model, combining home and office environments.

Capital Private Finance, established in 2010, specializes in all facets of property finance. As part of the UK's largest and most successful estate agency and property services provider, we work with over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D Wood across London and the South.

Our advisors offer guidance to clients on their property-based finance needs, including those with complex income structures and unique circumstances. Additionally, they assist with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release, and commercial finance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Possess at least 2 years of active broker experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Be driven and enthusiastic about success.

In this role, you will receive:

• A competitive salary, uncapped commission with an OTE of £60k in the first year, and potential annual bonuses based on performance.
