Indra Group UK & Ireland seeks a Monitoring Consultant (OSS)/Senior IT Systems Administrator for a 12-month FTC. You will support due diligence, assess current monitoring and asset discovery environments, and collaborate with technical teams to map and improve the overall monitoring landscape across the UK operations.

The role requires leadership of monitoring projects, knowledge of SCOM/Solarwinds, and openness to new solutions such as Dynatrace or BMC Discovery, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading or overseeing Systems Monitoring Operations with mixed stack of COTS and Open-Source Solutions.
• Experience implementing Monitoring (Server, Logs, APM, Synthetic).
• Exposure to Microsoft SCOM/Solarwinds desirable; Dynatrace as future tool.
• BMC Discovery experience considered a plus; willing to learn new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and document current Monitoring and asset discovery setup.
• Assess current Monitoring Environment (SCOM, Solarwinds, etc.) and asset discovery tool.
• Document configurations, customizations, processes and integrations.
• Collaborate with tech teams and stakeholders to map the environment end-to-end.
• Advise on implementing new solutions (Dynatrace or BMC Discovery).
• Deliver clear documentation and strategic recommendations for planning.
