Job summary

DWI Consulting is seeking a Monitoring Management Lead to drive the operational excellence of enterprise monitoring across network, systems, and applications. You will lead the technical operation and ongoing improvement of monitoring services in a complex technology environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple technical teams while ensuring reliable monitoring coverage and prompt incident response.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of monitoring infrastructure experience.
• Experience with tools such as BMC TrueSight, Elastic Stack, OpsGenie and CA Spectrum.
• Strong technical leadership and troubleshooting skills; good English communication; on-call availability.

Monitoring Management Lead

Location: Glasgow / Kirkintilloch, Scotland | Onsite, Monday–Friday
Indicative gross salary: £3,650 per month (subject to confirmation)

DWI Consulting is recruiting an experienced monitoring management lead for an enterprise technology environment. Lead the technical operation and improvement of enterprise infrastructure and application monitoring services.

What you’ll need

• At least 3 years of relevant monitoring infrastructure experience.
• Experience with tools such as BMC TrueSight, Entuity, Patrol, ProactiveNet, Elastic Stack, OpsGenie or CA Spectrum.
• Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting and English communication skills; on-call availability.
