Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape future play experiences through technology-enabled products. You will partner with technology domain teams to deliver high-quality, engaging products that spark creativity in children and adults alike.

You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmaps, operate across the full development cycle, and apply agile delivery principles to deliver outcomes that delight users and drive business value.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on product management experience from connected products, consumer electronics, robotics or related field.
• Experience across full product lifecycle from concept to launch in last 3 years.
• Strong user-centric approach with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to define vision, strategy and roadmaps and gain cross-organizational buy-in.
• Experience with agile and lean delivery principles across development cycle.

Responsibilities

• User Champion – immerse in user insights to develop opportunities and define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, gaining buy-in across the organization.
• Problem Solver – tackle unknowns, question root causes, maintain focus on priorities, navigate complex requirements and reach decisions throughout product development.
• Stakeholder Manager – communicate user needs and product strategy to diverse audiences, create compelling demos showing user benefits while keeping play central.
• Delivery – define, build, launch and grow products with play value, usability studies, research and market analysis, ensuring the right thing is built and delights users.
