Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Mobile Solution Lead to drive end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise iOS and Android mobile solutions. You will own the architectural narrative, steer cross-functional teams, and collaborate with clients to align business outcomes with technical delivery.

You will apply native and cross-platform approaches, lead architecture governance, and contribute to pre-sales with compelling solution artefacts and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading mobile teams delivering iOS and Android solutions.
• Deep expertise in Swift / SwiftUI and Kotlin / Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks and when to use native vs. cross-platform.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, microservices, mobile backend services.
• Strong security focus: OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, encryption, pinning.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, release governance.
• Experience in financial services sector preferred.
• Executive presentation and stakeholder management.
• Architecture governance and pre-sales involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, solution definition and delivery of mobile solutions for enterprise clients.
• Own end-to-end architecture for iOS and Android across native and cross-platform approaches.
• Define target architecture, integration patterns, data flows and non-functional requirements.
• Design secure APIs, microservices, mobile backends and cloud integrations.
• Provide architecture governance and risk management throughout delivery cycle.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to mobile capability development.
