Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Mobile Solution Lead (iOS and Android) to drive architecture, delivery and pre‑sales for enterprise mobile solutions across banking, insurance, wealth and markets. You will lead native and cross‑platform strategies, align with enterprise standards, and guide DevSecOps, testing, CI/CD and governance.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, UX and product teams to design scalable, secure mobile ecosystems leveraging cloud, APIs and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Solution Architect or senior mobile technology leader in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering mobile solutions for enterprise clients and leading technical teams.
• Experience presenting architecture, solution value and recommendations to CXO audiences.
• Deep expertise in native iOS/Android with Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, solution definition and delivery of mobile solutions for enterprise clients.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture for iOS/Android across native and cross‑platform approaches.
• Define architecture context, data flows, patterns and non‑functional requirements.
• Evaluate technology choices across Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter and multiplatform options.
• Design secure integration with APIs, microservices, cloud services and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture governance from mobilisation through production operation.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs and collaborate with sales and COE for digital transformation opportunities.
