Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape the future of our mobile technology landscape. You will define and orchestrate complex solution architectures that support strategic business outcomes and align with our technology strategy.

You will work across product, engineering and architecture teams to provide a clear technical direction and help delivery move faster by resolving architectural complexity early.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end solution architectures across applications, services, platforms.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture across Android and iOS, including API integrations.
• Experience shaping architecture roadmaps and communicating technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of security and resilience principles, including risk management.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments and partnering with engineering, product and architecture teams.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and provide technical leadership across complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Leading the end-to-end solution architecture for complex mobile initiatives, ensuring designs support customer, business and technology objectives.
• Creating architecture roadmaps, solution designs and technical options that enable delivery teams to make informed decisions.
• Working with Product Owners, Engineering Leads and Enterprise Architects to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Embedding secure-by-design and resilient-by-design principles into mobile solutions from discovery through live service.
• Identifying and managing architectural risks, technical debt and dependencies while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health.
• Driving adoption of common patterns, reusable capabilities and engineering standards across mobile teams.
