The role focuses on cloud-native and real-time architectures, SaaS platforms, and data-driven solutions within a regulated, financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Shape the architectural direction and evolution of our UK ecosystem across aligned domains.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, Product and Cyber Security to deliver strategic solutions.
• Define long-term target architectures and product roadmaps with guardrails for agile delivery teams.
• Navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, and risk in a data-driven, regulated environment.
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Promote career growth in solution design and provide coaching to engineers.
• Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced setting and build consensus across groups.
• Maintain a hybrid working approach with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday.
