Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineering Manager to lead the mobile backend-for-frontend for a next-generation travel app on iOS and Android. You will provide leadership, direction, and hands-on engineering excellence across delivery teams.

Hybrid work with 3 days per week in office in London or Sussex. The role focuses on architecture, microservices, CI/CD, observability, and collaboration to design, build, and deploy robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience in a complex technology environment.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions and integrating cross-platform systems.
• Experience in Agile software delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban) and user-story planning.
• Strong background in automated testing, performance testing, and production diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile backend-for-frontend service layer delivery for a travel app.
• Provide engineering direction and technical oversight across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
