Harnham in London is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and own production ML systems at scale. You’ll design data pipelines, deploy models, and drive MLOps practices across the lifecycle, including LLM/unstructured data workflows.
Based in Central London with three days onsite per week, the role offers a base salary of £98,000 with potential flexibility plus a bonus. You’ll work across Data Science, ML Engineering and Operations to ship high-impact solutions.
Want to build ML products where model builds can influence hundreds of millions in revenue outcomes?
Looking for a genuine greenfield challenge rather than maintaining existing ML infrastructure?
Interested in working with massive datasets, production ML, MLOps and emerging LLM applications at global scale?
A high-growth global fintech platform is building a new AI-powered optimisation product within one of its most commercially important business areas. The business processes hundreds of billions of pounds in annual transaction volume, supports many of the world's largest digital brands, and generates vast volumes of behavioural, transactional and operational data.
The team is tackling a complex operational problem that impacts millions of customer interactions each year. Combining machine learning, LLMs and multimodal AI, they're building a platform that automates traditionally manual decision-making workflows using both structured and unstructured data. With strong executive sponsorship and significant investment behind the initiative, this is an opportunity to shape architecture, influence product direction and build systems from the ground up.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll sit across Data Science, ML Engineering and MLOps, with a particular focus on production ownership. You'll help design, deploy and operate scalable ML systems that directly impact customer outcomes, operational efficiency and revenue performance.
