Job summary

Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment in London is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end ML delivery. You will produce production-grade ML systems and contribute to scalable data products within a collaborative team.

You will design, build, and productionise ML solutions across use cases with data scientists and engineers, setting technical standards and ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing ML solutions in Python.
• Solid understanding of Python ML ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) with PyTorch or TensorFlow exposure.
• Experience building and deploying containerised services and APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data-driven application development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling, workflow orchestration, or feature stores is highly beneficial.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

London, Hybrid (Twice Per Week)

Up to £110,000 + 20% Bonus

This is an opportunity to take ownership of end to end machine learning delivery in a role that blends technical depth with real world impact. You will work on production grade ML systems that directly improve operational and commercial outcomes, with the backing of a highly skilled, collaborative data team.

The Role

You will play a key role in designing, building, and productionising machine learning solutions across a range of use cases. Working closely with data scientists, data engineers, and delivery colleagues, you will help set technical standards and ensure solutions are production ready.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience building and deploying containerised services and APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and data driven application development
• Hands on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling, workflow orchestration, or feature stores is highly beneficial
