Graphcore is hiring in the UK to build the software that validates its ML compute stack—from frameworks to hardware. You will design production-grade test infrastructure and scalable test frameworks that run across simulators, emulators and real hardware.

The role shapes software architecture and developer experience while solving engineering problems that connect software design with hardware behavior. You’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to upstream projects, and help improve testing

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with production-quality software
• Software design/architecture for large codebases, testability and maintainability
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Linux environments
• Familiarity with reading and reasoning about C or C++ low-level code
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence engineering practices
• Self-directed approach to solving complex problems and driving improvements

Responsabilités

• Design and build production-grade test infrastructure for Graphcore’s ML software stack
• Architect scalable test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines spanning simulators, emulators and hardware
• Create representative ML workloads, analyze execution results and drive tooling improvements
• Mentor and collaborate with engineers to improve testing practices and code quality
