Monzo is seeking a Senior ML Manager for Borrowing to lead a high-calibre team of ML scientists and shape the UK growth, new customer segments, and EU expansion of underwriting capabilities.

You will work across underwriting, pricing, limits, and lifecycle decisioning, improving models today while building the next generation of capabilities. This role offers hybrid London or remote UK work with visa sponsorship.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of machine learning and statistics in credit decisioning.
• Experience leading senior ML scientists and delivering in regulated environments.
• Proven track record in production-grade credit models and model governance.

• Define and drive Borrowing ML roadmaps for optimisation and new segments.
• Improve underwriting models and data usage across products and markets.
