ASOS is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in London to join the Customer & Martech team. You will design, build and scale ML-powered customer experiences, pricing and marketing optimisation to deliver measurable value at ASOS scale.

You will collaborate with Applied Scientists, Data Engineers and ML Engineers across the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring, shaping ASOS's ML platform and engineering standards for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying and operating machine learning systems in production environments.
• Experience working with large-scale data processing technologies such as Spark.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, observability.
• Experience building scalable batch and real-time ML pipelines in cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and operate machine learning systems that support customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, pricing and commercial decision-making.
• Own end-to-end engineering lifecycle of ML products, including data ingestion, feature engineering, deployment, monitoring and optimisation.
• Productionise ML solutions and ensure they operate reliably at ASOS scale.
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists to translate research into scalable production systems.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, operational excellence and platform capabilities.
