Job summary

Wayve is seeking a hands-on ML/CV engineer to build and improve perception models for autonomous driving. You will work across data, training, evaluation, and iteration, contributing to end-to-end ML pipelines and scalable data generation, including auto-labelling, to accelerate model development.

You will collaborate with teams working on perception, tracking, and 3D reconstruction, applying LiDAR and camera data, with hybrid in-office/remote collaboration and access to Wayve's global locations.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped CV-focused deep learning systems.
• Experience with 3D perception concepts or pipelines (LiDAR, 3D reconstruction, tracking).
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end, including evaluation and large-scale dataset generation.

Responsibilities

• Train, debug, and improve computer vision and 3D perception models.
• Work across the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, and iteration.
• Partner with the team to decide what to tackle next based on system gaps.
• Build scalable data pipelines including auto-labelling and pseudo-labelling.
