Job summary

83zero is seeking a Senior MIM Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team, delivering L2/L3 support for a highly customised Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment. This hands-on role focuses on diagnosing complex identity issues, troubleshooting, and implementing permanent fixes.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure and operations teams to keep critical identity services stable, secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with highly customised MIM implementations.
• Proven L2/L3 support experience within business-critical IAM environments.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.
• Strong Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity experience.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Ability to review and troubleshoot C#/.NET code used within MIM customisations.

We’re looking for a Senior MIM Engineer to join an experienced Identity and Access Management team, providing L2/L3 support across a highly customised Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into complex identity issues, troubleshooting technical problems and finding permanent solutions. You’ll work closely with security, infrastructure and operational teams to keep critical identity services stable, secure and performing effectively.

This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although additional checks may be required if you have lived outside the UK within the last 3 years.
