Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust seeks an experienced midwifery leader to head 24/7, women-centred care across the maternity services. You will act as a clinical role model and drive service improvement while safeguarding governance and patient safety within the budget.

The post entails weekend/overnight on-call commitment and close collaboration with senior leaders to deliver integrated care for diverse populations across the Family Health Care Group.

Responsabilités

• Lead the 24 hour provision of high quality women centred care across the midwifery community services.
• Act as an expert resource and role model for the team within their service.
• Ensure a compassionate environment where all women and families receive high-standard care.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership in managing low and high risk maternity care.
• Identify strategies for service improvement and governance.
• Implement HR policies regarding workforce management.
• Ensure safe deployment of resources within budget to meet standards.
• Weekend/overnight on-call commitment will be required.
• Act as a credible professional clinical leader and role model at all times.
• Promote integrated care and develop evidence-based practice.
