Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to shape the future of End User Services, with Microsoft technologies at the core. You will provide technical leadership across design, build and delivery, turning business needs into practical solutions that support our technology roadmap.

In a hybrid role with 2 days per week in a Vitality Office, you’ll influence technical direction, champion best practices, ensure reliability, scalability and a strong end-user experience for our services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 stack and SME-level expertise in at least two areas.
• Deep technical knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, Teams/SharePoint or Endpoint Management (SCCM/Intune).
• Experience supporting and managing Microsoft technologies in a medium to large enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead technical roadmaps for End User Services.
• Collaborate with technical teams and third-party partners to design, build and run reliable IT services.
• Drive automation and orchestration to improve efficiency and value from technology.
