83zero Ltd is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead Microsoft Modern Workplace and security initiatives in a Gloucestershire hybrid team. You will architect Microsoft 365 environments, manage Entra ID and Intune, and drive secure design principles across complex customer setups.

The role emphasizes customer-facing consulting, technical leadership, and hands-on engineering across Defender, Purview, and Sentinel tools, with a focus on zero-trust and standardisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace environments.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune and endpoint security architectures.
• Experience working in MSP or multi-customer environments is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft security tooling and Defender/Sentinel is a plus.
