Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents, problems and service requests.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 messaging services including Exchange Online.
• Configure and support third‑party messaging security gateways.
• Investigate phishing campaigns, spoofing, malware and email threats with Security Operations.
• Ensure compliance and governance through secure email practices.
• Collaborate with Security Operations on email security events.
