Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience on major civil engineering projects.
• Contractor-side delivery experience required.
• Desirable experience in the power or nuclear sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction methodologies for Nuclear Island civils works.
• Champion Safe by Design and health, safety principles.
• Manage and mentor methods and digital engineers.
• Produce initial construction method statements and visualisations.
• Act as primary interface with designers for buildable solutions.
• Facilitate constructability reviews with alliance partners.
• Review designers' proposals for technical solutions.
• Engage with subcontractors to identify construction opportunities.
• Capture lessons learned from Hinkley Point C to Sizewell C.
• Ensure methodologies comply with nuclear project requirements.
• Promote collaboration across the alliance.
