Job summary

Sons is seeking a Senior Meta Acquisition Manager to own UK, Ireland and Germany Meta new-customer acquisition end-to-end. You will manage budgets, testing plans, and creative feedback with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, revenue-driven campaigns.

Join a mission-driven, B Corp digital health company with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, data insights, and cross-market localization, reporting to the Head of Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Elite Meta performance judgment with high-spend experience.
• Ability to diagnose creative and funnel issues from data.
• Commercial mindset with CAC, payback and ROAS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta new-customer acquisition for UK, Ireland and Germany.
• Implement a disciplined testing system across concepts and formats.
• Analyze creative performance and brief the creative teams.
• Scale while maintaining efficiency and identifying winning ideas.
• Ensure market-specific messaging reflecting local behavior.
• Link ads to funnel and improve landing pages with partners.
• Provide reliable reporting and forecasting grounded in data.
• Maintain platform hygiene and collaborate with Meta and partners.
