  • Oversee wholesale compliance and documentation, including Gold Seal approvals, ASNs, purchase orders, carton labelling and delivery requirements.
  • Communication with ASOS stakeholders, supporting both UK and international commercial opportunities, including US market development.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and wholesale partners, identifying opportunities to improve processes and commercial performance.
  • Supported the development and onboarding of additional wholesale and marketplace accounts.
  • Inbound stock management, ensuring deliveries are accurately received, checked, reconciled and made available in line with launch requirements.
  • Monitor quality control and AQL approvals, ensuring products met the required standards before being released for sale.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies by reviewing supplier invoices, packing lists, freight paperwork and warehouse receipts.
  • Worked closely with Finance to maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock movements.
  • Internal stock-control procedures covering marketing inventory, photoshoot samples, development stock, faulty returns and internal stock transfers.
  • Supported warehouse systems and operational processes, including ShipHero WMS.
