Job Description:

5 days a week - Office based in London.

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be integral in planning and forecasting the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.
• Managing stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Analyzing trade performance data to inform buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensuring a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior planning or merchandising role within a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in interpreting data and making strategic recommendations (Advanced Excel skills required).
• Commercial awareness with a problem-solving approach, adaptable to market shifts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
