Fella & Jones is looking for a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be crucial in planning and forecasting the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Manage stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Provide data-driven insights for buying decisions, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel product offerings, balancing inventory and demand.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills to adapt to market changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
