5 days week - Office based in London

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategy across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be integral in planning and forecasting the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Oversee stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence buying decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align commercial strategies.
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior planning or merchandising role within a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting data and strategic recommendations (Advanced Excel required).
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt plans based on trade performance and market shifts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident in influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
