Up to £60,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in the search of a Collection Merchandiser/ Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Planning and implementation of a successful product assortment that delivers on sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring the right touchpoints in terms of pricing architecture and trends, using market analysis to influence key decisions while maximising margins.
3. Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs to design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and possibilities for growth.
5. Monitoring sales feedback through all sales channels, ensuring correct actions are taken based on past season’s insights to drive the category.
