Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be instrumental in planning and forecasting the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Managing stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimize sell-through and margins.
• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to influence buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensuring a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory with demand.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data interpretation and strategic planning.
• Commercial awareness with a problem-solving approach, adaptable to market changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
