Fashion Personnel is seeking an established senior merchandiser to join a leading premium fashion brand in London. You will drive product performance, maximise profitability, and support growth across multiple categories, with a focus on accessories experience desirable.

You will manage seasonal trading strategies, forecast demand, and partner with buying, design and supply chain teams to deliver a balanced, commercially successful range.

• Senior merchandiser with experience in premium or luxury fashion.

• Lead and mentor junior merchandising team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded merchandising professional to play a key role in driving product performance, maximising profitability, and supporting the continued growth of a highly regarded brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the premium or luxury fashion sector, with accessories experience highly desirable. You will be confident managing seasonal trading strategies, forecasting demand, and partnering closely with buying, design and supply chain teams to deliver exceptional results.
