Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager in London on a hybrid basis. You will lead the merchandising function, shaping how the team plans, buys and manages product for the next phase of growth.

You will lead a team of five merchandisers, realign planning systems, support the store rollout, ensure core product availability and close collaboration with buying, trading and operations. This is a genuine leadership role in a trusted retailer with strong values.

The Role:

About You:

• Proven merchandising experience at a senior level, with some people management experience or a clear readiness to step up


• Experience of both large, structured organisations and smaller, entrepreneurial businesses, so you understand best practice but also know when to be agile


• A track record of improving planning tools, systems or processes


• Strong commercial instincts and a confident, collaborative leadership style


• An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into practical decisions
