We’re recruiting for Senior MEP Quantity Surveyors to join a financially stable principal contractor, that work directly for major end clients across data centre and commercial sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation known for excellence, innovation, and career progression.

The Opportunity

They are delivering major projects across commercial, data centres and others—with values of up to £18m. This is a chance to work on high-profile schemes and be part of a well-structured and successful MEP commercial team.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a contractor environment.
2. Background working on commercial, healthcare, data centre, or hotel projects.
3. Strong commercial awareness, cost control, and contract administration experience.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships effectively.
